BCAPL MEMBERS AND ASSOCIATES
By now you may have become aware BCAPL has scheduled meetings with Construction Industry Training Organization. The intent of this meeting is to outline our desire to review the C of Q bank of exam questions and solicit support from CITO that would enable candidates to write that exam. We have been in the planning stages for this meeting for quite some time now (about a year) and this is to occur on the 16th of August.
Your patience is appreciated.
We have been receiving inquiries from at least 40 individuals seeking access to this exam and hopefully we’ll have an announcement reflecting a positive outcome with CITO at our planned seminars in Langley this coming October 22nd and 23rd.
We can look forward to two days of Safe Manipulation with Robert Lang and other topics such as Forensics, Access controls and a couple of other items. We’ll try to get Automotive.
Saturday morning will be mostly taken up with classes and then we’ll move on to a General Meeting. Your attendance and suggestions are important and we look forward to nominations.
There’ll be suppliers available on the Saturday afternoon with some displays including a rep. from ABLOY.
We’re looking forward to getting together with the bunch of you on the Friday evening for a few “appies”.
